Many of you have heard the definition of insanity...doing the same thing over and over while expecting a different result.  Well, at Win By Noon, we've lived that in a different way. For over a year, really smart people (I mean REALLY smart people) have been asking to fly to AZ to spend time with me to become "Certified" at WBN - and I've said No over and over.

Well...I finally realized these really smart people are right and that I needed to create a Certification program to help them help others grow, both personally and professionally, in 2020.

The Win By Noon Certified Instructor program isn't just being offered for the sake of another certification. It's being offered as a way for you to impact others in a very big way.  What if you can help a team member, referral partner, or someone in your office or branch improve in business and life in 2020?  I mean really improve...improve their time management, improve their sales skills, improve their ability to get results, and ultimately improve how they live their lives every day.

Those who get certified can expect to leave with a deeper understanding of the Win By Noon philosophies, new skills to mentor others, and a plan for executing over the next 12 months.

Tuesday February 4th:  Start at 9am. Deep dive into the Win By Noon Operating System. Everything you need to know to be a WBN expert.

Then We jump in to WBN Certified Instructor Training. Learn the skills and the plan needed to help others grow in 2020.  This will include three levels of implementation to meet people where they are and to help them plan for and gain traction in a shifting market.

We'll wrap the day with a group dinner.

Wednesday February 5th: Becoming Certified, creating your WBN Execution Plan, and some group sharing/sharpening time. This will ensure you leave with a written plan to execute heading into 2020. Finish at 5pm.
